We use selected medium size joints, which yield with tenderest meat and most nourishing stock. With this we blend sliced joints which have not been used for stock, meaty and marrowy, diced carrots and turnips, strength - giving barley and a delicious tomato puree. It is all that any home made soup could be but the drudgery and expenses.
