9. Terms and Conditions for Sale of Alcohol
Sale of alcohol is restricted to individuals who are above 21 years old and Non-Muslims only. Any purchase of the alcohol is the Buyer's sole discretion.

‘Sunshine’ Membership Programme’s Terms and Conditions:
The Sunshine Membership Programme (Programme), Sunshine website and Mobile App (Mobile App)are proprietary to Sunshine wholesale Mart Sdn. Bhd. (Company) where acceptance of any person(s) to the Programme shall be subject to the approval of the Company and once accepted by the Company, participation by any such person (Member) in the Programme shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. The Programme is only accepted at Company branded supermarket (Supermarket) situated in Malaysia or the participating merchants that registered with the Company.
In order to become a Member, the applicant must agree to the terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to make amendments or variations to the terms and conditions from time to time.
Participation in the Sunshine Membership Programme is open to all citizens and non-residents aged 18 years old and above.
One (1) Sunshine point will be awarded for every transaction of RM 1 (exclusive of tax) for Member; and RM4 (exclusive of tax) for Business/Corporate Member who has registered successfully via Sunshine registration platforms, i.e., Mobile App, website and etc.
Once the Card is credited the loyalty Points corresponding to the Qualifying Purchases, an online invoice or a transaction receipt prepared by the cashier at the checkout counter shall be issued to the Member. Such purchased summary or transaction receipt shall be conclusive record of the Qualifying Purchases made as for the loyalty Points accumulated will be shown at the membership account within 24 hours. Member will be able to check up to 6 months loyalty transaction available at the Sunshine Mobile App.
Purchase of the following items are not entitled for points awarding:
gift card/cash vouchers purchase,
ePay services, i.e., mobile reload, IDD reload, online game reload, e-wallet reload, Touch ’n Go reload, epay upload, Utilities Bills Payment, Payment to Authorities, etc.
Delivery Charges, Repair & Service Charges
The Points awarded and credited to the Card cannot be transferred or assigned to another Card or any other card issued by or on behalf of the Company or combined or aggregated with the loyalty Points of such Card or card or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with this Agreement. The loyalty Points have no cash or monetary value.
Member must present their Sunshine eCard or Membership card to cashier before every transaction made via Sunshine outlets/participating stores. Failure to do, no point will be awarded for the purchase.
Member who does not made qualifying transaction and collect any loyalty points for 18 months will be removed from the Programme and all unredeemed points and unused rewards or Vouchers will be deleted and removed from the Member account. Member will need to re-apply for new membership should they wish to re-join the programme.
Points accumulated will expire in the event that member does not make any Qualifying Purchase and earn any points within 18 months from the date the last points were awarded. In such event, the card will be cancelled and accumulated points will be forfeited at the discretion of the Company and without notice to Member.
The Member may refer to the Rewards catalogue available at Sunshine Mobile App or the participating outlet for redemption, which shall be for the purpose of information and illustration only and shall not be construed as constituting any representation or warranty as to their availability.
The Company gives no representation or warranty with respect to any products and/or services featured in the Rewards catalogue. Where the Rewards are covered under any manufacturers' warranty, any disputes or claims shall be forwarded directly to the manufacturers concerned.
For Rewards that are to be redeemed from participating merchants or suppliers of Rewards as shall be appointed by the Company from time to time, the Member shall present his/her eCard upon log into the Mobile App and national identity card (NRIC) for Rewards redemption.
Member who has redeemed his/her points for any Sunshine rewards, i.e., merchant products or services, is not eligible for refund or cancellation from the Company.
The Member is responsible to examine, immediately upon receipt, the Rewards for any defects or damage, whether in its packaging or otherwise, and to verify the contents of the Rewards. Where the Reward or its packaging is found to be damaged or defective or that the contents therein is incomplete / damage, the Rewards be immediately returned the Rewards to the Customer Service at the Supermarket.
Company reserves the rights to reject any request for the replacement of faulty or damaged Rewards should the Member fail to return the same in the manner and within the time period set out as stated above.
It is the Members’ responsibility to notify the Sunshine’s management of any changes of personal particulars, lost or damaged card.
Member need to update or correct the provided personal data via Sunshine Mobile App or any Customer Service Counter at Sunshine outlets from time to time.
The Member agree that the Personal Data may be used by Company for the purposes below.
To associate the Card to the Member and to update information (if required);
To process the application by the Member for related services;
Management, operation and maintenance of Member's account, system including audit and exercising the rights of the Company under the terms and conditions;
Designing new or improving existing services provided by Company, our subsidiaries, associates and affiliates;
Communication by Company to Member;
Investigation of complaints, suspected suspicious transaction and research for service improvement;
Prevention or detection of crime or fraud; and
Disclosure as required by law, rules, regulations, codes or guidelines.
Members deemed to have subscribed to the marketing mailing list upon registered as a ‘Member’ in the App and the Company will send or deliver the marketing information and relevant updates (“Newsletter(s)”) via WhatsApp, push notification, SMS, electronic direct mail (e-DM) and/or direct mail (DM).
The Member may terminate his/her membership anytime by giving notice in writing to the Company. However, there will be no refund of points collected in any form for termination of membership.
Any abuse or fraud with respect to The Points under the Programme or redemption of Rewards will result in the cancellation of the Member's participation in the Programme, cancellation of the Card and revocation of The Points or return of redeemed Rewards (or its reasonable compensation thereto).
The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or change the features and benefits of the membership programme, including the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice or assigning any reasons.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss of accumulated The Points or loss or damage suffered as a result of any defect or error in any machines or inability to retrieve any information or data from the computer system.
The Company shall not be liable howsoever for any errors, delays, loss or damage, which may be directly or indirectly due to breakdown, failure of machinery or the processor; or industry dispute, war, act of God, system failure and anything outside the control of the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Member due to the following reasons:
any failure by the Reward supplier to abide by the terms and conditions on which it has agreed to provide the Reward;
any statement, communication or implication arising from any revocation, suspension or restriction of the use of the Card; and
any failure or omission to notify the Member of any changes in the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Rewards Guide, participating companies, Qualifying Purchases and The Points awarded for Qualifying Purchases.

We are pleased to offer the benefits of the Sunshine Corporate Membership Card to our valuable business partners, subject to the followings:
Usage of the Sunshine Membership Card shall be subject to the Programme’s prevailing terms and conditions (as may be amended from time to time) including the Personal Data Processing Statement. Please refer to the terms and conditions for Sunshine Membership which is available at Sunshine Mobile App and www.sunshineonline.com.my.
In the event of inconsistencies, the terms and conditions applicable to your company’s use of the Corporate Membership Card shall continue to apply and shall prevail over the terms and conditions applicable to the Sunshine Membership Card. However, please take note that this does not in any way restrict Sunshine ability to amend the terms and conditions of the Sunshine Membership Programme and/or the Corporate Card from time to time.
Sunshine will inform the entitled corporate member upon verification on the submitted required documents (i.e., complete corporate registration form, SSM and etc) via SMS.
Only those entitled corporate member can access to Sunshine Corporate website, www.circlelink.com.myand enjoy the special discount offered by Sunshine.
One (1) Sunshine point will be awarded to Corporate Membership Card for every purchase of RM4 on Qualifying Purchases at any Sunshine outlet and ecommerce website throughout Sunshine platform and subject to the said purchases and any other charges arising from the use of the Corporate Membership Card being paid on time.
Sunshine points will only be awarded based on payment being made for all purchases and charges, including any government-imposed tax due to Sunshine on or before the due date as indicated in the sales invoice or the monthly statements issued. Corporate Members can check up to 6 months loyalty transaction at Sunshine mobile app.
The registered Corporate Member may redeem all the Rewards catalogue available at Sunshine Mobile App or the participating outlet for redemption, which shall be for the purpose of information and illustration only and shall not be construed as constituting any representation or warranty as to their availability.
For Rewards that are to be redeemed from participating merchants or suppliers of Rewards as shall be appointed by the Company from time to time, the Member shall present his/her eCard upon log into the Mobile App and registered NRIC for Rewards redemption.
Termination of the commercial contract/business relationship will automatically result in termination of the Corporate Membership Card or change of the Sunshine members’ benefits effectively on the same date. Sunshine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to unilaterally cancel any or all Sunshine points accrued up to the date of termination.
Should the Corporate Membership Card account be listed, Sunshine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide the criteria to participate the corporate card, unilaterally cancel any or all Sunshine points accumulated. Should the Corporate Card account be reinstated, Sunshine may at its sole and absolute discretion, reinstate all cancelled points, but shall not be obligated to do so.
Sunshine may at any time give written notice to terminate or changing the benefits of the Sunshine Membership Card to Corporate Members. In such an event, the Corporate Members will be able to use their existing Sunshine points to redeem rewards within such period stipulated in the written notice. Sunshine shall not be made accountable for Sunshine points that are unredeemed beyond the given period.
