Through the application of 2 process techniques operating under sub-zero temperatures to preserve all the flavours & retain the quality of the fresh coffee extracts of which tend to be evaporated/escaped from the normal heating process. The end result is 100% freeze-dried instant coffee and nothing else being added. The use of Arabica coffee beans from different region and roasting profile determined the taste notes and flavours.
